Policy

What is the cancelation policy?

• Cancellations made 14+ days before your event are refundable with the exception of the bloom bar arch fee

Can I reschedule my event?

One reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

What is the weather policy?

Bloom Bar rentals are not weather dependent. Clients are responsible for having a suitable indoor or weather-safe setup location. Rentals will not be canceled or rescheduled due to rain or inclement weather.
